Question: More people are using delivery apps to order food from restaurants. Why do delivery apps become so popular now? 

My opinion: There are some opinions about this question. It is more convenient than before. Now, it’s in this ever-changing world. Everything becomes better and more convenient. It makes fewer and fewer people cook to themselves. They just use their finger on their smartphone. They can order the meal quickly. And no matter how far, the delivery can pick the food to your home.

About my procrastination

1. Do you procrastinate sometimes? Yes, I usually procrastinate. 2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on? When I’m after my meal, I usually stay on my chair and play on my phone for more than one hour. 3. What are some causes of your procrastination? If I’m stuffed, I will be sleepy. It let me tired and don’t want to move to anywhere. 4. What are some strategies you can use to combat your procrastination? Maybe I can do something interesting when I’m after meal. And I’d write down something important on the note. It would be put on the wall where can be easy to notice.

  After I watched the video, I learned a lot from it. He let me know how important it is to get enough sleep. If I don't get enough sleep, it can cause me a lot of problems, such as my brain not being able to produce new memories or having a poor mental state.
